Oh yes, we Brits do like to complain about the weather.  But to be fair, it does really get in the way of your social life at times.  Not so much today, it being a week day and hence I’m stuck here in the office doing software testing.  Oh yes, it doesn’t get any better than that, folks!  Saying that, if I were outdoors, I’d be getting wet.  So, swings and roundabouts, and all that…

Anyhow, I’m hoping that the weather improves by the time the Easter Bank Holiday weekend arrives, as I’m supposed to be diving out of Falmouth (that’ll be the original Falmouth, in Cornwall, UK, for those ‘colonials’ out there!).   That should prove to be an entertaining trip, partly because I’ll be trying out my new swanky O’Three drysuit for the first time, along with my swanky new rebreather electronics.  Having never dived in a neoprene drysuit, I’m sure there’s going to be a bit of floundering around on the surface as I try to get my weighting sorted out.  Ok, more so than usual, perhaps.  Still, it’ll keep my friends amused, no doubt.
